RaF Grant a Level issue

My recruitee attempted to grant me a few levels which didn't work until I remembered I had XP turned off. After turning XP back on and receiving the levels, it looks like it's counted the failed attempts.

Is there any way to get these refunded?

I'd open a petition on this. Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of this particular issue but it's something we could look into for you. Does make sense if you had XP turned off.
