Lost my iphone

I was in Vegas over the weekend and unfortunately left my iphone in a cab :( I'm in the process of trying to find it, but in the mean time, I can't log in because I had the mobile authenticator. I submitted an account recovery ticket on battle.net and just got an email saying there is nothing wrong with my account, but the authenticator still remains. Is there any way this can get removed until i find my phone? Thanks.
