Account Hacked - Blue Tracker

My freind quit playing wow this summer, he came back to play about a week ago and realized his account had been hacked and had been "temporarily disabled". He filled out a account recovery form and he received a email saying it should take 10-12 hours or 2 days to recover the account, and he would be emailed when the process was over. It is now 5 days later and he has received no further emails, his account is still disabled, he has tried to call but apparently the hold que is always full. He changed all his passwords and has made sure his computer is secure. Is there anything else he should do besides wait?

Thank you for your patience, Ganderstan. Looks like an email is being sent to the players email and he will need to reset his password to be able to log in. He should be fine, as soon as he reactivates his account.
