Account hacked

got my account hacked in the last night. I went to bed, woke up to work, was working and minded about if armory would have refreshed itself ....

and when i noticed, i got missing gear in all toons, every single one.
Logged in and yes, ninja sold some parts, transferred gold, and gone...

I did open a ticket but, should i do anything else? call to blizzard support maybe?

The most important part right now is security. If the way they obtained your information isn't identified the chances of this happening again are VERY high.

Could be malware, you may have responded to a phish, your email may have been breached - and those are only the more common ways - they have thousands of ways to trick, lie, steal and scam a user's information from them.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
