Friend's account hacked - recovery pending.

Hello, while my friend had to take a break from playing WoW, his account got hacked. He has taken all appropriate steps in order to attempt to secure his account again so that he can play again. Unfortunately, it has been over a week since he has contacted blizzard customer support...and still no response other than automated <replies>.

What steps must he take in order to secure his account?

He should have received an email on 10/16 detailing what else needed to be done to get back into control of this account. We have to be assured that both his system and email are secure before we unlock this, that is for his protection.

You might also encourage him into looking into our authenticator as and additional layer of protection for his account.

Right now, security is the main concern so they can't get back in. If they can....they WILL be back, that is very likely.
