What is the penalty?

Hello, I lost my temper in a heroic group and used obscene language. I was emailed by a GM saying I was reported. Does anyone know the penalty for language? I wasn't aware they took it this serious.


I would email them to ask, but everytime I try to send a reply, my email blocks it cause it says its spam mail or something but I know its from Blizzard cause they quoted the exact thing I said in the heroic.


Anyways, I apologize for my language and it won't happen again. This happened on this character earlier today. Maybe a customer service rep can assist me here.
