Blizzard,

I ask a simply question, and now I have been referred to post in the forums, andasked why a Blue Poster has not listed this as a problem, although it has been mentioned by Several Players

1. Single Random BG Queue time over 30 minutes
2. If you Join an existing BG, you name does not come up on the Summary page, do not get credit for the win/loss, and get no Bonus Honor for the Win Loss.

Fairly simple questions you can see, but the last GM I asked didnt even have the courtesy to answer the question with an automated response - they ask me to fill out a GM survey. I didnt even bother to answer this survey who refuses to talk to people online.


I'll make your job easy for you guys.

Blue Response: We are aware of these two problems and are looking into it.

Now we wait......

The second issue is known, no ETA or further word on that yet.

The first can be many factors, including not enough players signing up in your Battlegroup. Unlikely, but it can and does happen depending on the Battlegroup and time of day.
