I am so sorry for the bad review, i didnt get the in game email till about 10 -15 min after my ticket had been removed from my screen, so i gave a bad feedback since i thought i had just been skipped over. Im so used to a GM sayin something and then sending to email or something and since that didnt happen i put in a bad review. I take all of it back though ty for the email and the help and i understand yall are extremely busy, might help if all GMs did a quick whisper saying that we put it in your ingame mail box then close out the ticket, sorry just didnt get the mail till after i had allready filled it out. Hope you can forgives me >< silly lefty she did an oopsie.
