Waiting on an escalation...

I recently put in a ticket about an item I accidental purchased with honor points. Although I accept that I made a mistake, I was hopeful that maybe someone could help me. I got a response from a GM last night, who said that the issue would have to be escalated, and he got some information from me relating to the matter.

This is what he said...
Q u o t e:

02:08 [Maeby]: any idea at all about the ETA?
02:08 [Maeby]: i'll be on for quite a while...
02:09 [Rothrilon]: I'm not sure what the escalation queue looks like at the moment... probably an hour or so?
02:09 [Maeby]: alrighty...thank you so much....my fingers are crossed =D
02:09 [Rothrilon]: Either way you will get a message addressing the matter, and should have your honor back :)

That sounds promising, but I'm a little concerned. That was last night, and my ticket is still showing as escalated. I remember people asking in the forums why their tickets were taking so long and it turned out that there was a bug that showed a ticket was in to the player, but it wasn't showing for the GMs.

I don't mind waiting, but the GM said he thought that the ticket would be answered in an hour or so, so I'm a little concerned. Is it possible that someone could confirm that my issue is still in a queue?

Any word on what the deal is with escalated tickets? I was told I would be helped in a couple of hours, and the Twitter post says they should only take that long. Is something wrong with my ticket?

I'm afraid they may have been a little over-optimistic in both their timeframe and the chances of getting this restored, Maeby. That said, your petition is indeed open, and your request will be looked into.

One thing I might recommend, edit your petition to include the exact name of the item. That would be most helpful. Edit the petition do NOT close it and open another, that would set you to the end of the queue.
