Recruit a Friend Reward Issue

Hi, I've got two friends currently linked to my account who have both upgraded to full accounts, and added game time. As a matter of fact they both have went to WotLK expansion. My issue is that I have yet to receive the free month of game time from either nor the mounts. Wondering if I can get any help?
