Please somebody at Blizzard help me with this before I go nuts. I logged in after patch 4.0.1 on my level 25 shaman to find that my BOA shoulders (the spellpower pve version) was missing. Understandable after a major patch. That's when *@#* started to go downhill. I opened a GM ticket about my missing shoulders. They apologized about my missing enchants. I opened a second GM ticket specifically stating it was the SHOULDERS and NOT the enchant missing. They again apologized for my missing enchants. I have now opened a total of 3 tickets and gotten the same response every time. Can GM's read? Or am I just not speaking english?
