My friend ( who I used to play D2 with ) emailed me and told me about the RAF and the 3x experience.
It got me very excited but I realized 1 thing
I Still have my old account..
Is it possible to still be recruited and get the 3x bonus xp etc
But keep my old chars ? ( lvl 20's, nothing high up really )

Yes. As Flatspriest mentioned, Ämaranth, RAF is intended for new players that will be starting a new account.
