Refer a friend, no mount?

Looks like a 60 day gamecard was used, so I see nothing here that would keep it from being there to claim. It doesn't come to you automatically, you need to select the character you wish to redeem it with.

You'll want to followup on this with our Billing department, Sham.

This isn't something Game Masters would have direct influence over I'm afraid.

I'd give them a ring, let them look things over, make sure the accounts are all properly linked, payments applied, etc.

You may want to email them then.

I'm just not seeing anything from what I CAN see here that would be preventing this. They can see far more deeply into the system than we can.
