Hello there,
I was today playing on my World of Warcraft account when after my game crashed I tried to log back in and I kept getting a message sayingmy trial had expired, but I've had this account for a long time now, and my paid game card is not even close to expiring.
I thought I should check battle.net, and when I log in, my main account disappeared, all I can see is my PTR account and a trial I made a while ago.
I really don't understand how it disappeared, I didn't get any emails related to that, I can still log in my battle.net account, which makes me believe I didn't get hacked. It just happened all out of sudden.

Thanks for your support

PS: This is not my account, when I try to post with mine, it says I don't have a WoW account attached.

You may wish to contact Billing on this, but as stated above, if the account isn't under your name, well, it's not really your account.

I'd at least need a character name/realm to locate this account, but I may not be able to divulge much information.
