Quick Question regarding Billing E-Mail

I was just wondering if anyone knows of the current time frame for a response e-mail from [email protected]? I was told to send them an e-mail through these forums and did so on Monday and received the Automated "Do Not Reply" e-mail moments after. Should I be suspecting more than a weeks wait for a response? I only ask because prior to sending an e-mail to [email protected] I sent one with the web form on the support site (which I was told was the wrong address) and I received a response for that within 48 hours.
