I know what you're thinking "noob," but I've been to all capital cities, Shattrah, Thrallmar, and even Dal, but zip. Trainer's only have Grandmaster training D:

Just something to check.

At the top of every trainer window is a sort selection. Double check that to make sure it's showing what's available.
