Would love a GM response- Ticket issue

Hey

Would love a Gm response here i've just had my ticket 'answered' after a 5 day wait.

I got an in-game mail referring me to the hotfix site which is totally irrelevant to my issue and was asked to fill out a survey. I was not messaged in-game or anything, my ticket was closed. However I relogged and now my ticekts back open again?

Is my wait time back to 5 days or am I still being processed? :S!

If you are referring to your petition about getting disconnected on a Lich King kill, that one is open.

Your previous one - the resurrection from ICC issue is known and is being worked on - and we don't interfere with the normal operations of the AH, so that part I'm afraid there really is nothing we'd be able to address.
