Banned for trolling, but I didn't troll?

Hello,

I was wondering if a CS rep would look into my forum account on the Beta.

I posted a post about a bug and 4-5 days later I got a 72 hour ban for trolling.

Though, the post I made was 100% serious.

The only infraction I committed at all with the post was possibly using caps. Though I am not a constant repeat offender of cap posts and this was the first I've done in at least a year or more.

I believe someone didn't like my post so they reported it as trolling and I got banned for it without any verification of whether it was really a troll post.

It's only 72 hours so it's not a huge deal, but it bothers me that I didn't actually commit the infraction I'm being punished for.

Unfortunately we are unable to do so, Barberella. As others have mentioned, you would need to send an e-mail directly to wowreporetedpost@blizzard.com.
