Can't access Character

I transfered my character Jettaro from Ner'zhul to Sargeras on 10/15/2010 and later that day i could play my character. On tuesday i suddenly couldn't access him anymore and i would get an error saying "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete" i would assume this is referring to my transfer but even since then i have played this characer. Any help or advice would be awesome

edit:just realized that as i post it also says im still on my old server

Paid Character Transfers are denied for one of two reasons, Jettaro. Either there was an issue with the payment or the transfer was suspected of taking place during a compromise situation.

The account was reported as being compromised as well as an issue with the guild bank, which resulted in the transfer being denied. We sent you two emails concerning the guild bank issue as well as the character transfer being denied.

If you wish to have the character unlocked so you may proceed with the transfer, you will need to contact Account Services by phone:

Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
