Even though the OP deleted the original inquiry, I wanted to update you all with the following information:

We have received reports of players experiencing issues pertaining to the Sinister Calling Achievement.

In order to have this issue investigated, we are asking players to open an in game petition at this time. If this procedure changes, we will update the thread accordingly.
