Heya, i'm just wondering if tickets can get lost or something? A Gm will be able to help me eventually right? I always worry it might be like lost or something>.< Thanks!

I show you have a ticket pending. Our current queue times for tickets are approximately 5 ½ days. You are right about at that mark. So it should be anytime now.
