My ticket just got closed.

So I was sitting there and it said that my ticket will be serviced soon, so I wait and I continue to fly.
All of a sudden it changes from serviced soon to me being asked to fill out a survey. Now after waiting 3 days for an answer you can say that yes I am mad right now, definitely, but before I lose myself trying to curse someone out who slapped me in the face here I am.

My ticket was :
I was trying to do the Shartuul Event in blades edge mountains when I got to the doomguard, he swallowed the felguard and the doomguard then became untargetable thus bugged the event and wasting a crystal.

Seriously did someone just dismiss my ticket with no thought about it?
