This issue would best be resolved by contacting our In-Game Support, Emisaur, via either in-game petition or e-mail to [email protected]. While I understand our wait times are a bit lengthy at the moment, those of us who post here on the forums are not substitutes for the petition queue, and in many cases, are not able to provide the direct assistance you may require.

There are certain CSFR's that have the ability to help with this type of issue. You would first off have to list the character name and realm for the affected character. One of those reps will be in in a few hours, but there must also be an in-game ticket before they can possibly help with this.

While there are times we may be able to assist, we cannot make guarantees of this kind of assistance. Therefore, I must encourage to, primarily, place a ticket in order to have the issue resolved by those best suited to do so - our Game Masters.

As I have mentioned previously, Emisaur, this is not an issue that we are able to assist with on the forums at this time. I understand the wait time is frustrating, but your issue will be addressed as soon as possible.
