Cross-posting threads is not an effective way to receive assistance, Morgarot, nor are those of us who post here in Customer Service able to assist with Technical Support issues. Cross-posting is a violation of our forum Code of Conduct as it can be considered spamming, among other things.
In addition, I'm afraid that not each thread can be addressed as swiftly as we may prefer, nor is every topic able to be addressed by a Technical Support Representative.
Regarding your issue, as you indicated in that topic, your provider has already confirmed that there is an issue in your area. Our Technical Support will not be able to provide assistance if the issue is originating from your internet service provider, as we don't have purview over their systems or services. I'm not sure what other answer you may be looking for beyond that.
