Gift cards no longer work for wow?

For the past two years I have been using Visa Gift cards to pay for wow on my accounts but as of the last two weeks the same cards I have always purchase for my wow time has stopped working. I live in a backwater town of no where that does not have wow cards and would like to know if this is intentional or is it the card now that is the issue.

My account time is up my other account and I would like to get my wow fix going again.

Pre-paid cards such as the ones you describe using, Alcahealic, may sometimes be used but are not actually a supported method of payment. Registering the card to your address does the trick most of the time, but if that does not seem to help, you may need the direct assistance of one of our Billing & Account Services Representatives for this issue.

While we are experiencing high volumes of calls, remember that if you receive the "full queue" message that it is best to hang up and try again.
