I have been waiting for 5 hours. I did as the message said and filled out a form to Billing and Account Services saying I would get the e-mail "as soon as possible".
I got hacked yesterday morning and put in the ticket in the early evening hours. Speedy Blizz service got me my items back, but you guys seem to not want me to play. Honestly, not blaming you. I'm all girly spazzed that I'll get hacked again until I get my authenticator. xD
But I would like to log on to get my stuff out of the mail and back where they belong.
