Shut down the servers and fix it

i am no longer able to play on my mage i know several of my friends having the same problems plz blizz just shut down the servers until you are able to resolve these issues!

I understand how frustrating, the known issues you are experiencing may be during this time. Without knowing what issue you are referring too, I can only guess from the known issues list on our bug forums here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=27188060299&sid=1.

Our technicians are working as best as they can to address these issues, we are unable to shut down the servers while we are trying to figure out were the problem is in order to fix what is wrong.
