RAF Rocket - how many toons? How long?

Sorry, but after reading 10 or so threads in search I can't find the answer to this question. If I do RAF, can I give the rocket to any of my toons or just 1?

I want to get RAF set up now in my downtime, and give the rocket to my mage when cataclysm comes out. Is this possible?

You claim it on one character only, yes.

If you wish multiple characters to have it, you'll need to have multiple RAFs, which is also fine if you wish.
