No GM chat, ticket gone...but I have a survey

I am just really irritated for the most part. It was a long enough wait to speak with the GM regarding a serious breach of ingame player conduct, witnessed and also ticketed to GM's by a few others. However, after waiting the 6+ hours to speak with the GM I don't actually get anything, but my ticket closes and this handy dandy survey pops up, "Rate our Customer Service". What service? I never even received a notice for chat from a GM ! I never spoke to anyone. I didn't even get a chance to discuss this issue...

So, what happened? I'm really looking for an explanation. With all this talk about "Making the WOW experience better" and "We take all forms of cheating very seriously", you'd think that someone would at least have the courtesy to read and respond to this situation... I don't know.

I just want to discuss this serious ingame issue with a Game Master (GM). Please. Also, may wish to look into WHY these tickets are getting closed without any contact being made to the actual petitioner.
