Buff not showing up

I am level 41 hunter and have learned the talent [Trueshot Aura] at level 40 but the buff is not showing up for my toon. My other hunters the buff shows up but not this one. If can learn the talent wh not getting the buff. I have exited game and relogged but still not getting the buff.

I hve an in game ticket open on this but seeing as it can take 3 days or more for a reply figured I would ask here and also maybe let ya (Bliiz) know about it if they already dont.

Based on what I was able to find, Winchy. It appears that there is a known issue with hunters being able to learn the spell at level 39, however the level requirement for the spell is 40. Learning the spell early will effectively cause the issue you are experiencing and prevent the spell from being placed once you meet the level requirement.

Our game masters should be able to resolve this issue for you once they get to your in game ticket. =)
