I waited until Customer Service was open then called, and a very new-sounding representative told me that "it uh might be a glitch," and that he's canceled my transaction and I should just re-submit it.
I then logged out of my account completely, logged onto the Battle.net website and again went through the transaction, again getting no indication that anything is wrong. Again, after a while it went from pending to completed, so I logged onto my account and sure enough he's still a human.
The phone queue is currently full. Could someone please give me insight into what's going on?
