Well

Over 3 days ago i started a thread asking for help because i got my account hacked.

When i came back to lunch, i checked my personal email and found this:

Hello Eduardo,

Blizzard Entertainment recently received a request to change the e-mail address used to log in to the Battle.net account with the username ********@gmail.com. The e-mail address s***@hotmail.com has been specified as the new username for this Battle.net account. An email has been sent to this new address containing a verification link to complete the change.

Once the new address has been verified, the e-mail address <removed> can no longer be used to log in to this Battle.net account or any World of Warcraft accounts merged with this Battle.net account.

If you did not initiate this request, please click here to contact the Blizzard Billing & Account Services team immediately.

Sincerely,
The Battle.net Account Team

Only choice left is format, AV got nothing, firewall is up and running 24/7. I dont feel secure anymore, im logging out freakened about what could happen to my account in the next day.

Seriously, if we keep doing a "Lost-Recover" game, the guy who got my acc will be richer everytime

Im waiting for response, disappointed, not cause i got hacked again, but for taking all security measures and dont find any single clue on what could be doing this breach...

I am sorry to hear you have been compromised again, Setfire.

Based on the information you provided, and what I was able to confirm by looking at the account, I am able to confirm the email was indeed changed from a malicious location. This would indicate these individuals also have access to your email address as well.

With that being said, creating a brand new email address would be a step in the right direction considering the circumstances.

We have links to several anti-virus and anti-spyware programs which may locate the keylogger, virus, or Trojan on your system. You can find this information here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/30812. Several players have reported scanning their computers with the game running in the background was able to locate the malicious program. Occasionally these programs will not be detected until they are activated through the source.

Lastly, in order to recover the account at this point you will need to contact Account Services by phone.
