If this was just a rolling situation on gunship and someone rolled that was allowed and you were not allowed due to class restrictions, etc., there isn't going to be a lot that can be done under those circumstances.

At the moment, that is a known issue, yes. These are the details that I'd include in your edit - especially that you were on the opposite side and did not get a chance to roll.

Now, that said, even if we do find this to be intentional on his part, the loot is not likely to be redistributed.
