MY friend recently had all his accounts details changed and he cant get on he knows all the details previously but not the email/pass

he tried emailing blizzard with an acc he made but it said no one can help us unless we Are emailing from the email attached to the acc
SO QQ he dont own the email

This would be a situation where it would be best for your friend to contact Billing & Account Services, and preferably by phone. He may need to verify ownership of his account or his identity.

HE needs to call and explain that his email got changed. They won't be able to discuss anything with another party.

They may very well require more ID documentation, but if that's necessary they'll let him know.
