Yes I know the queue times are long right now

I've been getting the "Your ticket has been escalated" message message for about 3 days, I know queue times are rough right now, because of the patch and the expansion, blah blah, I was just wondering if theres any kind of ETA on that? I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just the bar shows up in a very inconvenient spot, and I can't see my buffs at all, or dismount without finding something to attack.

Also I was under the impression that when you open a ticket, it is accessible from all of your characters, but it only seems to be showing up on the one I actually opened the ticket on, so will it mess up my ticket if I'm on another toon? Or is it just not showing up?

You can see a current estimate of our queues up on our Twitter feed, Yûrei. It does not require a log in to view, though if you wish to sign up for Twitter, it is a free service.

While our Game Masters can access the petition while you are on any character, a player can only access the petition from the character who submitted it. So, feel free to play on any other characters while you wait - our Game Masters will contact you if need be regardless of which character you are currently on. >^.^<
