Where you post all of the information, and show an ID. I received around 3 or more e-mails, and my account is still locked.
2 of which are the satisfaction survey, which I'm not of course satisfied.
One saying this
An Account Recovery Form has been submitted for Battle.net account M***@HOTMAIL.COM.
What does this mean?
We received a report that this account has been compromised, and we are taking the appropriate steps to help restore your access to this account as quickly as possible.
What steps did we take?
The password for this Battle.net account has been reset. Please check your email account for a message regarding your new temporary password. We strongly recommend that you create a new password after you log in.
In addition, we opened a Battle.net service ticket to restore your World of Warcraft character(s) and item(s). Your ticket number is 8012969. We'll send you another email when the process is complete, which under normal conditions usually takes 10 to 12 working hours (but please allow up to 2 working days). You do not need to open an in-game service ticket.
Why can’t I log into the game?
In some cases, including when the account was used in ways that violated our Terms of Use, you may not be able to log into some login-protected services (such as World of Warcraft) until all restrictions on the account have been removed.
What do I need to do now?
After you change your password, if you notice any unauthorized transactions on this account, please give us the time to address them from the service ticket prior to filing a duplicate request in-game. In addition, you can find some suggestions on improving your computer's security on our account security website, http://www.battle.net/security.
After that, we hope you can rest a little easier. You've just helped us get you back into World of Warcraft and this Battle.net account as soon as possible.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, our contact information can be found here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/cs.
Thank you,
The Customer Support Team
Please note that I censored my e-mail for safety reasons.
And recently I just received one saying this
Greetings,
We have determined that the World of Warcraft account WOW1 has been accessed by someone not authorized to do so by the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html).
To protect your privacy and security, we have temporarily disabled this account. Any recurring subscriptions have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges. In order to regain access to the account, you must complete the steps below to secure the account and verify your identity.
Please note that account sharing is a violation of the World of Warcraft Terms of Use, which is in place to help players keep the accounts they play on secure. As such, we are unable to assist any player in regaining access to an account not created in his or her own name.
Please keep this email for your reference until the account recovery process has been completed.
STEP 1: SECURE THE ACCOUNT, YOUR COMPUTER AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
We recommend you read over and apply the following tips to protect yourself and the account in the future. Account compromises can occur when a player shares login information with an unauthorized third party or plays on a computer that has a virus, Trojan, or key-logger.
- Keep your login information confidential. Account access can only be shared with one minor of whom you are the parent or guardian. Sharing access with anyone else is a violation of the game's Terms of Use. You are also responsible for every use of an account on which you are listed as the registered player, whether the use was authorized or not.
- Use up-to-date firewall, antivirus, and anti-spyware software to scan your system regularly for viruses, Trojans, and key-loggers.
- Keep your operating system and other software up-to-date and be careful when downloading new software.
- Be wary of "spoof" and scam websites and e-mails that pose as Blizzard Entertainment and request account or personal information. As a reminder, Blizzard Entertainment representatives will *never* ask you for your password.
- Use separate, unique passwords for your email, World of Warcraft, and any other online accounts.
- Change your passwords regularly and keep World of Warcraft account information updated using the Account Management page at http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/.
Additionally, we recommend following the http://us.battle.net/security/checklist on our Account Security site at http://us.battle.net/security/.
If you are looking for an added layer of security, we currently offer the Battle.net Authenticator, an optional device that can help prevent unauthorized account access. For more information about how the Authenticator works or how to add one to a World of Warcraft account, please visit the Battle.net Authenticator FAQ at http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/24660.
STEP 2: SUBMIT ACCOUNT RECOVERY DOCUMENTATION
Before we can restore access to this account, we must first verify that you are the registered player on the account. Please print and fill out the Account Recovery Form (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/bnettouform), follow the instructions in the form, and then email, fax, or mail the form and required identification as directed.
STEP 3: VERIFY YOUR SUBMISSION WAS RECEIVED
We will contact you with further instructions once we have processed your account recovery documentation. If you do not receive a reply within five business days of sending your submission via fax or email, please resend it and notify us by using this form: http://us.blizzard.com/support/webform-us.xml. If you mailed the submission, please allow time for delivery.
Only the Account Administration department can address questions you may have about the account recovery process. To learn more about how we are able to assist you, please visit us at http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/21505.

Ok here's my 2 problems...My WoW account is still locked. Which is under the name of "WoW 2" . Blizzard said that they locked a trial account which has expired called "WoW 1". It isn't locked, and my WoW 2 account is still locked.
Now I don't know if they goofed up or something but you guys are really irritating me. You're wasting my account time, which I pay actual MONEY for.
I know blizzard is rich, and really could care less about my account as long as they're getting paid...But could you guys at least do your job and help out a loooong time customer (5 years).
