Account confusion

i got home today to find out my account had been locked due to suspicious login patterns. okay. so i fill out the required forms and stuff because i've barely been on at all this week and my email contained numerous supicious account changes so i figured it was a keylogger. my question is did it just lock me out of my account because of the failed login's through my authenticator. or does that also include a ban?
i read the instructions several times but they didn't answer all my questions. was wondering if someone could clear this up for me. when you get locked out does the official launcher tell you to go to the website and change your password or did my launcher get replaced with a fake?
i'm really confused about this. if anybody could answer my questions that would be nice.

This looks like it may have started a few days ago when your account was reported for spam.

I don't see any suspicious messages, this may be one of those cases that your realmmates simply thought some chat inappropriate or a bit much.

Anyway, that would have reset your password and resulted in at least one email.

Now, if you are getting your password reset more than that - it could be someone is TRYING to access your account but cannot.

Won't hurt at all to do a full system sweep and make certain of your email account's security.
