Status on my dress

So like 6 days ago or so, i deleted my lovely blue dress by accident on this toon put in a ticket took 3 days for them to give me a 10 minute response of "well i cant find this item in your bags i'll have to escalate it" and that was 3 days ago, i have heard nothing on this since so i dont know where they are with my restoration.

Granted this isnt a way of bypassing ticket queues i know, i would just like to know what i can do about this, i would not like to have to save 120g to buy another off the AH.

I can assure you, Eraellia, your ticket has been escalated as the Game Master indicated. Our ticket queue times are at approximately 8 days. The ticket in question has been open for 3 ½ days. With that said, you are looking at about 4 ½ days remaining.

Are you positively certain the item was deleted from this character and not another?
