Account information email sent by blizzard

i have several email from account administration saying that they have been investigated my account that have strong evidence about that my account been sold or trade and occurred in a number of illegal transactions in a very long period of time...
Hmm and tell me to go to <removing malicious URL> and others 1 too. i don't know whether i should believe it or not should i go there to verify my account information cause i got hack before. any1 got those email too?
