Hacked and gear/gold/honor gone!

I got home from work the other day and noticed that almost all of my raiding gear and all of my player vs player gear had been deleted, along with gold and honor.

Now, i've had a ticket up for quite some time now, maybe around 48 hours, and I basically missed a week of WoW time due to the wait.

I know that Blizz' has a hard time getting all of the tickets answered and finished in time, but, there should be an exception because my ticket still hasn't been answered and i'm still gearless.

You should actually be hearing something fairly soon, Gnerdrager.

In the meantime, did you find out how they came by your account name and password? If that isn't determined, the chances of this happening all over again are VERY high.

This is in queue for restoration work, but it is vital you may certain that your system and your email account are secure.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
