Attempted Account Recovery

Recently my friend has been hacked, and me and him have been trying to retrieve the account password back, but no matter what we do, it give's an error saying this is incorrect.

One of the question's was asking for the first 6 Digit's of the CD Key required, he gave his Sc2 Key, WoW1, WoW2, and WoW3 keys each of which gave an error.

now when he try's for Password Recovery with E-mail and RL Names it says the E-mail & Name Combo doesn't match which doesn't make any sense, hes already checked his e-mail and everything.

Well, he is really the one that needs to pursue this, if it's his account.

I'd also recommend contacting Billing. They may need additional documentation, but they can tell him what's required if proof of identity is needed.
