I was trying to do the quest Maintaining the Sunwell Portal at Bash'ir Landing, I got the Bash'ir Phasing Device, and when I use it I phase out, but I dont see any of the Smuggled Mana Cells that I'm supposed to collect. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
