Escalated ticket 22 hours...

After talking to billing 8-9 hours ago and being told i would be helped in a couple hours by a gm in game...i still have not heard anything and been online pretty much all day...i'd really like this resolved...I'm in the military and we are going out tomorrow for a week or two...would like to play with my toon with my friends for a little bit before that...

Please do leave your petitions open till this can be addressed, Sarahs.

This character should be reverted to it's original realm fairly soon. You'll need to re-request the transfer to the realm you intended.

This has been put back to it's original realm. The refund should be in process.

Did someone tell you you needed to contact them for something?

This should be good to transfer again as you'd like.

I believe that was referring to the refund. Do you see the character back on Boulderfist?

If not, making a fresh character there should force a refresh. You should also have that listed in your transfer options from the home realm again.
