RaF help with subscription

i recently posted this on other acc on accident but i did RaF and i didnt get mounts on this acc because it has a yellow sqaaure, on my other email i added 2 months nefore the authentication code for 10 day RaF trial. i am hoping you can look into both emails and fix it because i spent my money on the 2 month just for the mount. i would really appreciate a response and a green sqaure :D.

It looks like you have 4 accounts total, Nebraska. The Battle.net account you are currently posting from has two World of Warcraft accounts attached, as does the Battle.net account that you posted above. I am happy to say that the account you are currently posting from is linked to another account via the Recruit-a-Friend promotion, so this should be fairly easy to sort out.

The account you are currently posting from appears to be linked to WoW2 on your other Battle.net account, mate. I show that this account has been upgraded and the 60 day pre-paid gamecard was added here. Your linked account, however, has no game time, other than the 10 Day Referral Trial, processed on it. If you have added game time or upgraded one one of your other accounts mistakenly, when intending to do so to your linked account-WoW2 on your alternate Battle.net account-then you will need to contact Billing & Account Services:
