Well, this does look like it's already been reported.

I'd recommend a few things.

1) Make sure both your system and email are secure.
2) Get an authenticator for your account.
3) Share your account information with NO ONE
4) Get your contact information current here and get rid of the bogus information. That may have been changed by the compromiser as well - but this has all the hallmarks of being 'friendly' vs. a malicious intrusion.

I'd recommend contacting Billing after you make sure your system is secure and setting up a new and unrelated email address for this purpose.
