Ticket disappeared when I server transferred!

I put in a petition for a name to be freed up on a server that I completed a transfer on today; the ticket was escalated and I was waiting for a response. When I logged into the toon for the first time after the transfer, I noticed that the "you have an open ticket" icon at the top of my screen disappeared! I put in another ticket, but I am hoping that I didn't lose my place in line, today was my third day waiting for a response. Was that the right step to take? Thanks in advance.

That's because you are actually on a new character, Celista - a copy.

It does look like this is being looked into, though. A Game Master should be with you shortly if they haven't already contacted you.
