Hi, I was doing the refer a friend with my wife and opening up a new account for my son .. anyway when I paid for the product key online all it did was lift some chat rules .. I have paid for the upgrade .. and yet i still cant trade, recieve mail, or invite to groups. Im pretty upset with this service and I wont be using it for the expansion if it takes this much time. Id really like to get this sorted out pretty fast.

This is correct. It can indeed take up to 72 hours for full functionality to start. Doesn't normally take that long - but it can at times.
