Unless your petition is placed on another account than the one you are posting on, it appears the last ticket you submitted was from 33 days ago. I can attempt to help you the best I can, but it may be you are experiencing an issue we are currently aware of and do not yet have an ETA on a formal resolution. You may want to check this thread first for that sort of information.

If you don't have an issue, then it's best not to post at all specifically for the purpose of riling others up. That is considered trolling, and I'm afraid I cannot tolerate that here. Please consider this a warning, and I do hope that your game play experiences improve.
