Buddies acount gone.

Hello there blues,
I am posting for a buddy since he can't access his account. Here is what's going on.

He tried to log into his battle net account to reactivate it for the upcoming cata and couldn't log in. He went to account recovery to try that way and it says his email is invalid. He emailed you guys about it and all he got was a response saying he should go to account recovery 0.o
He tried it again just incase blizz did something magical. Still says his email is invalid. BUT, he has still recieved emails from blizz about the tenacious D concert on blizzcon this year. SO, it seems is email is still valid.
People have told him to call (which I agree with) but his phone is out of minutes and doesn't know when he will get more.
Is it ok if I post the email address here connected to his account?
What do we do blizz?

As has been suggested, calling Billing may be the best bet in this case. If your friend does not have access to a phone, but has a headset and an internet connection, he may be able to use a program such as Skype to call in.

There are also a few other venues of contact, Corven, but phone would really be the best in this situation.

Without taking a look at the account myself, I couldn't know for sure. I might be able to provide some insight if you can give me the name and realm of one of his characters, but as it's another player's account, I likely will be unable to provide finer details.

It'll be a few minutes, Corven, something seems a bit off to me, so I'm going to get a second opinion from an investigator. >^.~<

Okay, so. I can't go into detail, as I suspected. This is an issue that will need to be sorted through our Billing & Account Services department. There's definitely some kind of weird access going on, and your friend will likely need to verify account ownership.

I'm afraid I cannot offer more than that, but I do wish your friend the best in recovering his account.
