Still crashing on mouseover / cogwheel. Random BG kicks with a deserter flag even though i logged back in right after the mouseover crash.

Huge lag spikes in 5 mans with at least one player getting dc'd every try.

I thought it had been resolved so I resubscribed. My bad.

If the dog bites you once shame on the dog. if the same dog bites you again shame on me.

I've learned my lesson and will be making this cancellation permanent.

They released this patch with these bugs knowingly because they are concerned about all the delays cata has already had.

They aren't going to fix these bugs.

Everything worked great before the patch, I wont be buying cata because I dont beleive you are capable of releasing it bug free and I dont want to pay to be a beta tester.

I am not able to get uniterrupted access to the game, I dont get what I pay for.


I'm totally at a loss as to why you think these issues won't be addressed, some are being addressed daily.

The cogwheel issue is known, and there is a workaround for it in the sticky above. It's not elegant - but it does work until a more permanent solution is put into place.

Also, level 78 is required for the holiday bosses.

Bug fixes actually are not in any way connected to customer service, Furious.

That's all development. *WE* here, cannot 'fix' a thing. We can do our best to communicate what we know - and if there is any known workarounds, we do our best to communicate those as well.

There is a workaround for the cogwheel issue.

Not being able to inspect players has been found to be nearly a 100% issue with players not getting rid of old addons and resetting their UI - or resetting it properly. There is very little we can do if a player refuses to do so and it needs done.
